DAY OF COORDINATION
You've done the planning. Now let us handle the day. Our coordination service is designed for couples who have a clear vision and a solid plan in place but want a trusted, experienced team to execute it flawlessly. Unlike most coordinators who step in weeks before the wedding, we begin working with you six months out — giving us time to truly get to know you, support you through final decisions and logistics, and build the vendor relationships that make the day run seamlessly. When your wedding day arrives, nothing is a surprise. We step in to manage your vendors, own your timeline, and handle every detail behind the scenes — so you and your guests get to be fully present for every moment.

For the couple who knows exactly how they want their wedding to feel but needs a creative partner to bring it all into focus. We begin by getting to know you, your story, your aesthetic, your inspiration — then build a fully custom design proposal that ties every visual element together. From florals and lighting to tablescapes, signage, and spatial styling, every detail is intentional and cohesive. This is not a mood board and a wish list. This is your wedding, designed.

From the first conversation to the last dance, we are with you every step of the way. Full service planning is our most comprehensive offering — and our most personal. We handle everything: budget management, vendor sourcing and coordination, design direction, timeline development, and complete day-of execution. More than logistics, we bring a creative vision and a calm presence to every stage of the process. You bring the love story. We build the rest around it.
